Training

Continued training is available to Local 185 members. Many classes are taught at the Terence J. O’Sullivan Training Center in San Ramon, and some classes are taught off-site. Members should contact the local office for class sign-up information.

The training program provides basic and advanced instruction in construction skills. Trainees learn from instructors with construction industry experience, using modern equipment and tools with a strong emphasis on operation and safety.

Note: Any class that is one week or longer may require drug testing.
